A willful girl, Eleanor often has difficulty with team mentalities. With a tendency to saddle others with unwanted tasks and expectations, she often tries to assume the leadership role. That’s not to say she’s very independent, however. Her pampered lifestyle left her with little experience in living life self-sufficiently and she is still quite naïve to the real world. Stubborn as she is, if her plans are met with resistance or overruled by another, she may try to execute them by herself. She dislikes relying on others and appearing weak, and will push herself to extremes to prove herself and protect her pride. Because her brother also has a rather strong-willed personality, she often finds herself butting heads with him.
History: Eleanor was born into the Campbell family only 6 minutes after her twin Brother, James. The Campbell family has been notably well-off for some centuries now, having conducted some major business in the steel and metal-work fields. Eleanor and James lived a life of privilege, and have been sheltered from the “real world” as a result of that. Although at times naïve to the greater reality, they avoided entitlement issues thanks to having one another’s company. In all their disagreements and rivalries, Eleanor and James ultimately benefitted from having to share and compensate for one another.
In addition to her school education, Eleanor was tended to by several tutors that lectured her in domestic skills. She took a particular liking to cooking and sewing, her teachings extended to housework, painting, and piano as well— although her skills were a bit lacking in the latter two. She and her brother’s extra-curricular activities were kept quite separate prior to their enrollment in Adessi, but even despite they were very close. Although they fought like siblings often do, they were overall quite supportive of each-other throughout their youth. The Campbell name represents very tightly weaved family bonds, and Eleanor and James relationship is exemplary of this.
