How does ADACHI deal with his 'thing' with Dojima? ;D

I think I asked but, would Evan ever consider letting Bentley make him a prosthetic? ...or two rather. Does he have any friends? Does he consider Bentley a friend?

Evan is the kind of person who has many acquaintances, but very few friends. It's a side-effect of being in the mafia, of course, but also because of the lifestyle it requires in general. He makes a special effort to try to not make friends with people who he could lose - his team partners, for example, but I'd say he considers Bentley a friend, since being a doctor's pretty much the safest job in the organization. So yes, he considers Bentley a friend.

As for a prosthetic - maybe one day. Right now, he's mostly adverse to it because he's gotten so accustomed to having lost his fingers and everything associated with them that he's not sure he's entirely up to regaining all those things once he has them back. It's not laziness, but I think he'd be pretty upset if he got the prosthetic fingers and find out that no matter what he does, he still can't play the saxophone as well, because of control issues. He doesn't want to suffer that let-down again.

OH WAIT I FORGOT THE ADACHI QUESTION.

re: 17!Adachi - HE IS NEVER LETTING GO. He already proposed when he was seventeen, man, what more do you want.

re: Adachi-sensei - He is treading lightly. That confession when they were younger? It still stands. Adachi never stopped. He probably won't admit it though until Dojima-kun says it first, though. He broke his heart on his own once already; he's had enough.

re: 8!dachi - Dojima is good for him, he knows. He understands (even before the CONFRONTATION), or at least, has begun to understand the gravity of what he's done, but it's a difficult and heavy burden to bear without anyone else to help prop you up, so he tries not to think about it. And while THAT WORD THEY DON'T TALK ABOUT has settled firmly enough in him that he knows, he still wonders if Dojima's the same. I mean, the world's pretty good at screwing him over. He doesn't want to ask in case he confirms it either. But all those rare times where Dojima admits that he's 'special' or worth spending time with? He always remembers those.

You know, they think that of Dojima all the time-

fffffff yeah it's actually... a more rare thought for Dojima... Maybe not Dojima-sensei though because young Adachi is easier to dote on.

But, that CERTAIN WORD has probably settled somewhere in 8!jima too. But he definitely doesn't have the heart to admit it; acknowledging it is hard enough. Knowing they've got something special is enough (and sometimes too much).
